Dexter Shorter, a Detroit native, is driven by his faith and family. With over 15 years in collegiate recreation, he impacts thousands of students daily through recreation programs, career readiness, and leadership development. Dexter holds degrees in Sport Management , Sport and Wellness Leadership, Corporate Communication, and a Doctorate in Higher Education and Student Affairs. Serving on the Board of All Flourish, Dexter is passionate about helping people succeed, believing everyone deserves the opportunity to achieve their dreams by connecting them with essential resources.

 Andrea Criollo Echetebu is thrilled to be a member of the All Flourish board and to continue supporting young adults in their journey towards pathways of opportunity. Since 2009, she has worked as an educator supporting students and the community of Memphis and looks forward to joining an organization that will continue that work for students across the country.

Josh is focused on long term compounding in life. In finance he compounds capital as the founder and managing partner of Cloncurry Street Capital. Prior to CSC he spent 16 years at Southeastern Asset Management out of the London office. In the non-profit world he is involved with organizations that compound social capital and human flourishing for the good of the individual and of society at large.
